<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication terminal apparatus which makes erasure work of unnecessary information unnecessary while it can use necessary information for others when it uses registered address information and newly registers the address. Ž<P>SOLUTION: If a copy button is pressed in order to display an editing screen which copies selected address information in a list display screen of the address information in the communication terminal apparatus, a copy editing screen of the address information is displayed. In input items of the copy editing screen, registered information of the selected address are copied and filled-in for a facsimile number, a company name, and an address out of the input items of the copied editing screen, but items of a name and a mail address are blanks. Therefore, if the company name and the facsimile number are the same, address information can be registered only inputting the name and the mail address of another person.
