<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To a mixing device, wherein for mixing at least two kinds of liquids, the agitation time is drastically shortened without requiring a large storage tank and the liquids are continuously supplied. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The mixing device is constituted so that main first liquid R1 is supplied to the first liquid introducing passage 3 of a mixer S, second liquid R2 is supplied to a second liquid introducing passage 4 demarcated in the first liquid introducing passage 3 by negative pressure in the mixer S caused by supply of the first liquid R1, the first liquid R1 passes through a spiral liquid introducing path 5 before a liquid mixing outlet 6 of the mixer S to become a whirling flow, and the first liquid R1 and second liquid R2 are agitated and mixed when allowed to meet with each other and discharged from the liquid mixing outlet 6.
