PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To fix a road bed on a self-propelled vehicle with flexible tilting, install the road bed in the voluntary position of a quay, and enable a truck which has travelled onto the road bed to drop a load from the end of the road bed into a ship. SOLUTION: The self-propelled slope apparatus for loading is constituted by mounting the road bed for loading on the self-propelled vehicle and by providing the hoisting and lowering device of the road bed between the front of the self-propelled vehicle and the front of the road bed. Then the midsection of the self-propelled vehicle is connected with flexible rotation, and at least two supporting legs are connected to the front of the road bed in order to support the road bed on the ground so that adjustments can be made to the length of the supporting legs.
