REACTION APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING THE SAME

<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the homogeneity when reactants are mixed with each other in a reaction apparatus. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A first flow path structure 1a of the reaction apparatus is provided with: a substrate 4; a first sealing member 6 which is joined to one surface of the substrate 4 in a state of covering the surface; and a second sealing member 8 which is joined to the other surface of the substrate 4 in a state of covering the surface. A first introduction groove 18 constituting a first introduction path 10 and a second introduction groove 12 constituting a second introduction path 20 are formed on one surface of the substrate 4, and a reaction groove 24 constituting a reaction path 16 is formed on the other surface of the substrate 4. A confluent hole 22 constituting a confluent passage 14 penetrates the substrate 4 from one surface thereof to the other surface. The confluent hole 22 is a common end point of both of the first introduction groove 18 and the second introduction groove 20 and a starting point of the reaction groove 24. The downstream-side end of the first introduction groove 18 and the downstream-side end of the second introduction groove 20 are allowed to meet with each other in the confluent hole 22 on one surface of the substrate 4 from directions different from each other.
