The mounting system consists of two angular sections which are made of light-, ultraviolet-, and rotting-resistant material, a lower angular frame and an upper mounting frame. The lower angular frame has a sealing plate which is mounted inwards and is provided over the edge of the angular profile. The lower frame is provided at a lower side in the distance of 5 centimeters with recesses having a diameter of 0.45 millimeters.
