PURPOSE: A vibration absorbing device capable is provided to facilitate to maintain and to rapidly and perfectly shield an impact from the outside and vibration transferred from installation equipment. CONSTITUTION: A vibration absorbing device comprises: a pneumatic spring(10) which is installed between a supporting plate(17) of an upper part and a fixture(18) of a lower part which fixes the supporting plate; and a viscosity damper(100) which is built in inside the pneumatic spring and comprises a piston(102) and a cylinder(103) in which a viscosity control device(110) is built in. Viscous oil(101) is charged between the piston and the cylinder. The viscosity control device comprises a hollow shaft, a circular control plate, and a rotating disc. The circular control plate is fixed with an opening/closing plate of the semicircular shape being fixed each other around the hollow shaft to the symmetry shape.
