PURPOSE: A data processing system and a data processing method thereof are provided to process data which has different sizes through different routes, thereby noticeably increasing data processing speed. CONSTITUTION: A processor(20) controls the operation of a non-volatile memory(50). The processor receives first data from the outside through a first route. The first route transmits a first command and a first address which read/write the first data in the non-volatile memory. The processor receives second data from the outside through a second route. The second route transmits the second command and the second address which write/read the second data to the non-volatile memory and is different from the first route.
