PURPOSE: A valve apparatus, a refrigerant distribution control apparatus using the same, and a control method using the same are provided to switch flow paths of at least two directions and to control the amount of fluid flown through the flow paths. CONSTITUTION: A valve apparatus(100) comprises an upper gear case, a lower gear case, a motor which is installed on the upper gear case or the lower gear case and wherein a rotation angle of the motor is controllable, a train of gears which transfers power corresponding to the rotation angle of the motor with being installed inside the upper gear case and the lower gear case, a valve body which includes a refrigerant inlet and refrigerant outlets with being installed on the upper gear case or the lower gear case, moving shafts which open and close the flow path of the refrigerant outlets and adjust the opening and the shutting rate of refrigerant outlets, and screw nuts which are rotatably installed with valve gears inside the valve gears and guide the reciprocated vertical movement of the moving shafts.
