PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To individually separate minute conductive balls stored in large quantities in a storing part and to feed the balls to other apparatuses. SOLUTION: An L-shaped tubular passage is arranged in which an end of a horizontally extended part is communicated with the storing part of the conductive balls, in which and end of a perpendicularly extended part is provided with a discharging port of the conductive balls, and which has an inner diameter for one conductive ball to be able to pass through. To the flexural part of the L shape of the tubular passage, there is connected a feeding sucking path of a gaseous matter having an opening smaller than the diameter of the conductive balls in a manner oppositely facing the horizontally extended part of the L shape.
