PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cosmetic having intense refreshing feeling and its sustainability, and feeling skin irritancy little, and excellent in sustained usability. SOLUTION: The cosmetic includes: (A) menthol; (B) at least one of loquat leaves extract, clove extract and ginger extract; and (C) 0.01-0.30 mass% of sodium hyaluronate with a weight-average molecular weight of 1,000,000-2,700,000; wherein the mass ratio (A)/(B) of the (A) component and (B) component (on a solid basis) is 10-200.
