PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular deck board preventing falling of an article from a shelf when used as the shelf and easy in assembling work when used as the shelf. SOLUTION: In the vehicular deck board 10 arranged on a floor of a luggage compartment 32 of the vehicle 30, a front board 12a is connected to a rear board 12b in the vehicle longitudinal direction through an intermediate board 12c, the intermediate board 12c is upwardly foldably connected to the front board 12a, and the rear board 12b is downwardly foldably connected to the intermediate board 12c. When the rear board 12b is erected substantially vertically with the front end being on the upper side, the front board 12a becomes a substantially horizontal shelf, the intermediate board 12c becomes a standing wall erected upward from the rear end of the front board 12a, and the rear board 12b becomes a leg supporting the shelf.
