PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a connector for a coaxial cable capable of connecting a center conductor of the coaxial cable without using a soldering or a crimping tool. SOLUTION: The connector for a coaxial cable is provided with a first crimping means equipped with a plurality of diameter-spreading branch parts with a back end edge of a center contact conductor branched in a diameter-spreading state, a pinching part formed in an axis direction at a back end of each diameter-spreading part, a first insulator equipped with a through-hole having a tapered surface narrowing the diameter of the diameter-spreading branch part when the center contact conductor is moved into a back end direction, a second insulator with a back end part fitted into a diameter-spreading tip part of a cylindrical conductor ferrule, and a through-hole penetrating an axial center part of the cylindrical conductor ferrule and the second insulator to communicate with a hole of a back end of the contact conductor; and a second crimping means equipped with a cylindrical back end part of the cylindrical conductor ferrule having a diameter with a back end to be enabled to progress between an insulation layer covering a core wire conductor of the coaxial cable and an outer conductor, and an inner diameter of the through-hole of a cylindrical fastening metal fitting having a dimension to firmly fasten a sheath-layer outer diameter of the coaxial cable progressed into the cylindrical member.
