<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vending machine suppressing noise from a solenoid valve, and achieving low-cost and high-reliability operation of a compressor. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A cooling circulation circuit comprises: the compressor; a condenser provided outside a box, through a condenser solenoid valve; an expansion means; a distributor for a refrigerant; a plurality of internal heat exchangers from the distributor through cooler inlet solenoid valves and check valves; and a merging unit for the refrigerant. A heating/cooling circulation circuit using the internal heat exchangers operating as condensers and performing heat pump operation is configured by piping-connecting the compressor and internal heat exchanger inlet sides through heater solenoid valves and connecting internal heat exchanger outlet sides and the distributor through a second expansion means. In the heat pump operation, the heater solenoid valves connected to the internal heat exchangers are opened, and the cooler inlet solenoid valves connected to the internal heat exchangers are also opened for the operation, so that the noise is suppressed.
