Ž<P>SOLUTION: An information distribution system 1 includes: a group storage part 11 wherein group information indicating groups including a plurality of pieces of user information is stored; a VLR/MSC 2 which obtains a call connection request signal from an calling terminal S to a destination terminal R; a group acquisition part 12 which reads group information corresponding to a calling person number extracted from the call connection request signal, from the group storage part 11; and a notification part 15 which notifies one or more communication terminals Ma and Mb corresponding to user information other than calling person information out of a plurality of pieces of user information included in the read group information, that a call has been originated from the calling terminal S to the destination terminal R.
