PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a valve structure easily securing a stroke length in a shock absorber, and improving ride comfort of a vehicle without causing remarkable increase in manufacturing costs. SOLUTION: This valve structure includes a valve disk 1 including an annular valve seat 2 and a port 3 formed on the inner circumference side of the valve seat 2, and an annular leaf valve 10 laminated on the valve disk 1 and opening and closing a port 3 separated from and seated on the valve seat 2. The valve structure includes an extension part 10b oriented to the valve disk 1 side partially or the whole circumference of an outer circumference of the leaf valve 10 seated on the valve seat 2.
