PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ball screw device suppressing deterioration in durability and operability. SOLUTION: This ball screw device 1 includes: a screw shaft 2 having a screw shaft-side raceway groove 14 formed in its outer peripheral surface and arranged in a vertical direction; a nut 4 arranged on the outer peripheral side of the screw shaft 2 and having a nut-side raceway groove 16 formed in its inner peripheral surface; a plurality of balls 6 rollably loaded in a load rolling passage 24 and rolling in the load rolling passage 24 in association with the rotational movement of the screw shaft 2 or nut 4; and a seal member 8 arranged at the lower end of both ends of the nut 4 and being in sliding contact with the outer peripheral surface and shaft-side raceway groove 14 of the screw shaft 2. A lubricant having fluidity is arranged in the load rolling passage 24, and the seal member 8 is formed with a discharge hole 40 discharging the lubricant arranged in the load rolling passage 24 to the outside of the load rolling passage 24.
