PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel stable paracetamol composition for use in therapeutic chemistry, specifically galenic pharmacy. SOLUTION: The composition includes a paracetamol solution prepared by using an aqueous solvent combined with a buffer having a pH of 4-8, and a free radical capturing agent. A water-insoluble inert gas is bubbled through the aqueous solvent to remove oxygen from an aqueous medium.
