An oscillator circuit (1) includes a piezoelectric resonator (XO), a resistive element (R1), and an excitation circuit (10) provided in parallel with one another between an input node (XIN) and an output node (XOUT), a first capacitor (C1) provided between the input node (XIN) and a ground node (GND), and a second capacitor (C2) provided between the output node (XOUT) and a ground node (GND). The excitation circuit (10) includes a NAND circuit (L1), and first and second inverters (L2, L3) which are dependently connected. The oscillation of the piezoelectric resonator (XO) starts by the switching of the Enable signal inputted to the NAND circuit (L1) to an H level (active state). |
