PURPOSE: A light emitting device is provided to improve light extraction efficiency by using a first electrode layer on a semiconductor layer. CONSTITUTION: A first photonic crystal structure includes a reflective layer(20) and a nonmetal pattern which is on the reflective layer. A second conductive semiconductor layer(30) is arranged on the nonmetal pattern. An active layer(40) is arranged on the second conductive semiconductor layer. The first conductive semiconductor layer(50) is arranged on the active layer.
