PURPOSE: A refrigerator with a spacer is provided to maintain a fixed distance between the rear of a refrigerator and a wall and to prevent the rear portion of the refrigerator from being projected. CONSTITUTION: A refrigerator comprises a main body(100), a mounting part(140), a spacer(200), and a spring(300). A machine room is formed in the main body. The mounting part is formed on the rear of the machine room and is arranged between an intake part(130a) and a discharge part(130b). The spacer is hinge-coupled to the mounting part. The spring is installed between the mounting part and the spacer and applies elastic force to the direction in which the spacer spreads. A power line retention member(150) is formed on the rear of the machine room and on both sides of the mounting part.
