摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adjustment tool for a valve element assembly removing the stress of an O-ring attached to a valve element holder, and a method for adjusting a valve element assembly. <P>SOLUTION: For a valve element assembly 23 where an O-ring 33 for use as a valve element is attached to the valve element holder 34, the adjustment jig 41 for the valve element assembly 23 removes the stress of the O-ring 33 in its twisting direction and in its circumferential direction, which is caused by a friction between the O-ring and the valve element holder 34. The adjustment jig includes a jig body 42 at least one surface of which is formed as a flat surface; an adjustment hole 44 formed through the tool body 42 and into which the valve element assembly 23 is inserted from the flat surface, the adjustment hole 44 having the ring pressing-in section 52 of circular cross section into which the O-ring 33 of the valve element assembly 23 is pressed; and a pusher 43 for pushing the valve element assembly 23 out to the flat surface from the adjustment hole 44. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
