<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lighting system for a door pocket and a method of manufacturing the same, for easily positioning a light emitter. <P>SOLUTION: This lighting system 10 for the door pocket for illuminating the inside of the door pocket 14 of a vehicular door trim 12, has: a long light emitter 16; and a harness 18 for supplying electricity to the light emitter 16. One end part 18a of the harness 18 is connected to the light emitter 16, and the other end part 18b of the harness 18 is derived to the reverse side of the door trim 12 by being inserted into a through-hole 20 formed on an inner wall of the door pocket 14, and has a cover member 22 for covering the through-hole 20 from the inside of the door pocket 14. The cover member 22 is provided with cutout parts 40a and 40b for positioning the light emitter 16 so as to become substantially parallel to a bottom wall 14c of the door pocket 14 when the light emitter 16 is installed on the inner wall of the door pocket 14. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
