<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow conceptual retrieval of a musical piece, and to suppress cost spent for collection of additional information in the retrieval of the musical piece. <P>SOLUTION: A musical piece classification device includes: a retrieval target musical piece data storage part 11 for accumulating words data of the retrieval target musical piece; a category learning data storage part 12 for accumulating category learning data including a set of the words data and a category name that is conceptual expression of the musical piece; a musical piece category classification learning module 13 for generating a classifier for classifying the musical piece to a classification destination specified by the category name by learning processing using the category learning data based on words of the musical piece ; a musical piece category classification module 14 for applying the words data of the retrieval target musical piece to the classifier, and classifying the retrieval target musical piece; and a musical piece category classification result data storage part 15 for storing data of a classification result of the retrieval target musical piece. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
