<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetic bearing control device and method allowing the frequency of external force to pass through a critical speed even when the external force different from the rotational frequency of a rotor acts. <P>SOLUTION: The magnetic bearing control device includes a feedback controller 22 holding the rotor at a neutral position based on displacement x, y of the rotor 11, a synchronous feedforward controller 24, based on a synchronous frequency ω<SB>N</SB>synchronized with the rotational frequency of the rotor, canceling unbalanced force corresponding to the synchronous frequency, and one or plurality of rotation asynchronous feedforward controllers 26, based on a rotation asynchronous frequency ω<SB>F</SB>not synchronized with the rotational frequency of the rotor, canceling unbalanced force corresponding to the rotation asynchronous frequency. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
