PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a pedestrian route in an extensive and complicated space to be expressed uniquely, when providing a navigation system for pedestrians in doors such as a station premise, an underground mall and the like. SOLUTION: A mobile terminal (101) carries out a positioning operation and transmits a result to a server, and a map information server (103) transmits map information corresponding to the positioning information to the mobile terminal (101) via an application server (102). In an indoor map DB (111), indoor space data sets being divided in the form of a polygon are managed, and then a space data set is linked with a node data set. When the space data sets exist adjacently, and a person transits (a door is present for example), its point is linked with a link data set as a space junction point.
