PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately determine a neutral position of an actuator in a stabilizer provided with the actuator. SOLUTION: In the vehicle 10 provided with the stabilizer 300 for relatively rotating stabilizer bars 320, 330 by the stabilizer actuator 310 and suppressing rolling of a vehicle body, ECU 100 determines the neutral position of the stabilizer actuator 310 by neutral position determination processing. In the control, ECU 100 stores a rotation angleδact of the stabilizer actuator 310 in every turning direction of the vehicle before lateral acceleration Gy goes into a dead zone area as a provisional neutral position, averages them in every turning direction, and calculates an average neutral position in every turning direction.
