<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cabin of an industrial vehicle, forming a side silhouette of a desired external facing panel without increasing costs. Ž<P>SOLUTION: This cabin 1 of the industrial vehicle is formed by joining the external facing panels 52 and 53L to an external part of a frame structure by welding. The cabin of the industrial vehicle is characterized in that an intermediate member 20L having a panel installing surface of copying the side silhouette of the external facing panel, is arranged in a constituting member of the frame structure 10, and the external facing panel is joined to the frame structure via this intermediate member.
