<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve a CPRI link between a REC 130 and a RE 140 using a general optical line, in particular, to achieve the CPRI link using an entrance radio. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A method of converting a first frame to be used for an interface between a radio base station and a radio network control station controlling the radio base station and a second frame to be used for an interface between a radio unit inside the radio base station and a radio control unit according to one embodiment includes a step of mapping the second frame to the first frame in a predetermined ratio, wherein the first frame after mapping contains user data of the second frame, synchronism information, monitoring and control information, and line information.
