PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular cushioning material capable of effectively relieving impact. SOLUTION: This vehicular cushioning materials has a pair of plate-like cushioning parts opposed at an interval and a connecting part formed between the pair of cushioning parts and connecting the pair of cushioning parts, and is characterized in that the connecting part is arranged so that mutual one ends and the mutual other ends of the pair of cushioning parts are opened in a recessed shape, and the pair of cushioning parts are compressed and deformed by impact from the side opening in the recessed shape, and are constituted so as to relieve the impact.
