<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide footwear by which hallux valgus can be prevented by eliminating pressure to a second finger side by a hallux and the residual four fingers can exhibit their respective functions. Ž<P>SOLUTION: In the footwear having a shoestring in the upper part has a pushing body pushing and opening the hallux outward by pushing a hallux abductor muscle from a lateral side and a belt body for holding the hallux in an outwardly pushing and opening state. The pushing body is arranged along the first metatarsal bone in an inside part between the upper part to the sole part. One end of the belt body is attached to the sole part under the hallux and the other end of the belt body is pulled out above the upper face of the upper part from a slit arranged in the upper part above the hallux and fixedly attached to the upper face of the hallux through a face fastener.
