PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve the structure simplification, cost reduction and planting performance improvement of a rice transplanter in which seedling trays 12 and planting units 11 for scraping out seedlings for each root from seedling mats on seedling trays to plant the seedlings in a field surface 13 are disposed in a planting apparatus 5 connected to a travel machine frame 2, and the planting units each has a planting rotator 16 rotated on a planting shaft, and planting fingers 18 attached to the planting rotator to rotate on finger shafts 17 parallel to the planting shaft.
