<p>Compounds used for anti-hypertension, preparation methods, compositions and uses thereof are provided. The compounds used for anti-hypertension are represented by formula (I)as illustrated below, or pharmaceutically acceptable salts, solvates, polymorphs, enantiomers or racemates thereof. Wherein R1, R2, R3 and R4 are each independently: H, alkyl , cycloalkyl, alkylthio , alkoxyl , aryl, arylalkyl, each optionally substituted ,or R1 and R2 together represent cycloalkyl which is optionally substituted, or R2 and R3 together represent heterocyclic radical which is optionally substituted, or R3 and R4 together represent heterocyclic radical which is optionally substituted.</p> |
