The present invention discloses a fuel device in which a return passage structure may be simplified utilizing a one-way valve. A one-way valve is fixed to a return passage structure (an upper return passage, a lower return passage) so that bubbles are returned to a fuel tank from a pump of the type mounted outside the fuel tank and disposed at the lower portion thereof. An upper end of the upper return passage is connected to an opening of the return passage side portion, said opening being formed at the bottom part of the fuel tank. An umbrella valve that includes an umbrella portion and a support portion are assembled to a one-way valve unit. A structure comprises the umbrella portion which is shaped in order to provide fluid communication through the return passage only when pressurized from the fuel pump. A pre-filter is disposed between an upper supply passage and a lower supply passage. A tap for freely regulating a flow rate is disposed upstream of said pre-filter.
