<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clutch device which can keep a positive clutch clearance based on a driving condition without increasing a parts count. Ž<P>SOLUTION: An engaging strip 84a of outer clutch-plate moves (in an arrow a2 direction) along a taper section of guide groove 83c when a force (in an arrow a1 direction) is applied to an engaging strip 84a of the outer clutch plate, and the engaging strip 84a of the outer clutch plate is positioned in a bottom section of the outer clutch plate.
