PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compounded powder that gives a soft touch and is excellent in a moist feeling and adhesion to the skin, and a cosmetic excellent in a moist feeling and adhesion to the skin and yet excellent in makeup sustainability. SOLUTION: The compounded powder is obtained by spray-drying by a spray drier a slurry containing 100 pts.mass of a powder, 0.1-20 pts.mass of a crosslinked organopolysiloxane and 100-1,000 pts.mass of a dispersing medium.
