<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mechanism of puncture needle guide which can be mounted on probes having various lengths and to cope with the diameters of various puncture needles. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A first slide mechanism 34 is provided striding over a first guide tube 26 and a second guide tube 28. Thus, the length of a needle guide part 24 can be adjusted. Also, the second guide tube 28 is provided with a second slide mechanism 36. Thus, a second mounting part 32 can be slid in the axial direction. A second pipe and an entrance guide 42 on the front side of the second guide tube 28 have an inner diameter corresponding to the diameter of the puncture needle. That is, the plurality of second pipes and the plurality of entrance guides are prepared, and the ones corresponding to the diameter of the puncture needle to be used are utilized from them.
