A kit for use in making a scrapbook. The kit including a cutting mat having a plurality of openings along one edge and a notch locating along an opposed edge. A T-square type crosspiece includes pins and is secured to the cutting mat via the openings. The crosspiece also includes grooves. A ruler or straight edge includes pins at one end for pivotal connection to the T-square crosspiece. The other end includes a flange for engagement with the notch to secure the straight edge in place. A circle cutter is also provided and includes an arm to slidingly receive a handle and base. At one end of the are is located a blade housing having a rotatable knob. |
