The unit has two laser light sources (12, 14) i.e. laser pointers, emitting laser beams (12a, 14a) distanced from each other and arranged in a vehicle (100) in an adjustable manner. The laser beams intersect outside of a contour of the vehicle. The laser light sources are firmly connected or integrated with a component of the vehicle, where the component of the vehicle is formed as a dashboard (102). The laser light sources are separately arranged on supporting elements. A housing is provided with a cover.
