The arrangement has a suction device (1) connected with a chamber (12) for sucking gaseous medium i.e. air, from the chamber such that low pressure is developed in the chamber. A transport unit (11) e.g. roller and belt, is arranged adjacent to the chamber. The transport unit rotates through the chamber such that the transport unit is in contact with fluid medium (20) in the chamber. The suction device has a suction unit (16) connected with the chamber over a suction pipe (18), where the suction pipe is connected with an area of the chamber. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a developer station comprising a developer roller for coloring an image on a photoconductor element (2) a transfer station comprising a transfer roller for transferring toner images from a photoconductor element to a printing substrate.
