The controller has a lubricating-cooling system including a cooling channel for cooling starter clutches (12, 13) of a dual clutch transmission (10). The system includes a controllable cooling slider that opens and closes another channel, which is arranged parallel to the former channel. An oil volume flow flows from the system to a suction side of a main pump over a return channel that is opened and closed by the cooling slider. The system is supplied with the oil volume flow by a supply channel. Additional oil channel is opened out in one of the cooling channels for cooling the clutches.
