The cap (7) has casting posts (3) i.e. cement posts, designed as separate components and connected with a tooth implant part (2). Two separate support segments (8, 9) are axially spaced apart from each other. An annular free space (10) is formed between a jacket surface (4a) of the casting posts and an inner side (7a) of the casting cap. The free space is axially defined by the support segments. The support segments form an anti-rotation device i.e. hexagon device, for preventing relative rotation between the cap and the casting posts. The casting cap is made of plastic.
