<p>Robustness of image processing in a computer vision system is improved. Provided is an image restoration method comprising capturing a first image of a target which is optically occluded by contamination, capturing a second image of the same target from a different viewpoint, and reconfiguring a portion of the first image that is optically occluded by the information of the second image. The means therefor is stereo image mismatching estimation, optical flow estimation, photometric model estimation, selective exclusion of frame, outlier exclusion, application of Kalman filter, and the like.</p> |
