PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a position display device which can improve user's convenience. SOLUTION: The simplified GPS map display device 1 acquires the actual coordinates, including LAT and LONG and relative coordinates, including X-coordinates and Y-coordinates on the screen for two reference points and stores them in a position information table 22. The display device 1 calculates the relative coordinates of an arbitrary point from its actual coordinates, based on the similarity between the triangle on the actual coordinates and the triangle on the relative coordinates.
