PURPOSE: An energy service system is provided to use paid power in all public places through the energy service system, thereby freely using various electromotive mobile units. CONSTITUTION: A dialogue box(10) transmits the input information of a user to a power management agency(20) as a kind of a terminal. The power management agency offers power(50) to a user(40) by a command about a power controller(30). The dialog box transfers a process result of the power management agency to the user. The power management agency makes a charge for power to the user through a measurement function of the power controller. |
