The scar cover has a scar cover unit consisting of breathable, self-adhesive polyurethane matrix (2). A support film (1) is provided with a polymer layer and attached to the self-adhesive polyurethan matrix. UV-filter substances are provided in the scar cover unit and/or in the support film, which is designed as water-vapor permeable or water-impermeable support film. The support film is formed from polyurethane. The UV-filter substances consist of phenylbenzimidazole sulfonic acid or 4 -dimethylamino benzoic acid 2-ethylhexyl ester.
