<p>The arrangement (10) has a rotary shaft (20) rotatable around a rotational axis (D), and a weight balancing device engaged to the rotary shaft. The balancing device is provided with a balancing characteristic for balancing weight of a door leaf of a door, where the door leaf is attached to the rotary shaft in a rotationally fixed manner, and the balancing characteristic is variable. The balancing device is positionable in predetermined positions in a predetermined angle relative to the rotational axis for varying the balancing characteristic.
