The shutter (2) has a formwork sheet (12) with a front face defining a formwork surface (5). Flat intermediate stiffeners and end stiffeners are arranged against a rear face of the formwork sheet and welded to the formwork sheet. The end stiffeners are arranged along an end edge (30A) and another end edge of the formwork sheet. A rear sheet (18) is arranged against the stiffeners and welded to the stiffeners. The sheets and the stiffeners define a closed caisson (31). An insulating material is placed inside the caisson.
