REFLOW APPARATUS AND REFLOW METHOD

PURPOSE: A reflow machine and a method of the same are provided to improve the time for processing a reflow process by adopting a coil to which a current is applied. CONSTITUTION: A current from power source is applied to a coil(340) in order to heat an object. The coil includes a first line part(342) and a second line part(344). A supporting part supports the object. A transferring part relatively transfers the coil or the object by passing the object through the inner space(348) of a reflow machine. A guiding part is fixed to the coil in order to be located in the inner space.
