A clock data restoration device (1) which restores a clock signal and data on the basis of an inputted digital signal has an equalizer part (10), a sampler part (20), a clock generation part (30), an equalizer control part (40), and a phase monitor part (50). Loop processing by the sampler part (20) and the clock generation part (30) generates a clock signal as the clock signal restored on the basis of the inputted digital signal. Loop processing by the equalizer part (10), the sampler part (20), and the equalizer control part (40) controls the level adjustment quantity of a high frequency component of the digital signal at the equalizer part (10). |
