PURPOSE: A system and a method for analyzing duplication of an optical line route are provided to grasp overlapped sections, thereby duplicating a main route and a reserved route of an optical line. CONSTITUTION: A line space information DB(10) saves and manages location information of an optical line. A line operation information DB(11) saves and manages information for a configuration element of the optical line. A duplication route analysis simulation unit(12) determines whether to duplicate a route based on the information saved in the line operation information DB. A GIS(Geographic Information System) engine unit(13) outputs external data based on information from the line space information DB.
